In the quiet, early hours I was doing morning chores when I heard a sound outside. I stopped what I was doing and listened. Sure enough! A Rooster! It sounded so far away, did some neighbors get a rooster? Nope, not the neighbors. Our Rooster Chantacleer was crowing softly, the first time I’d ever heard it. Our little boy is growing up! 🙂
What a beautiful sound to hear! Something about it is so comforting….
