Our Smoothies change with the seasons
depending on which berries and fruit we’ve picked at the time
Today’s Smoothies are:
Homemade Kefir
(made with milk from our neighbor’s cow)
Organic frozen Blueberries from a local farm
Nutritional Yeast
Chorella
Local Bee Pollen
Coconut Oil
Homemade Almond Butter
So refreshing! A taste of summer blueberries in February!

So far I dont have a favorite…they taste different every time!
My routine is
1 banana,
2 cups of Rice Milk (as everyone is allergic to dairy-or at least the pasteurized store bought stuff)
1 tsp Maca
1 tsp green probiotic powder
hadful of dates
and enough frozen berries to get it real cold 🙂
