Today we checked on our starts in the little greenhouse. They were all ready to either go in the ground or be planted in bigger pots. So today I got all of our lettuce starts planted in the garden. Jeff got the door on the greenhouse while I planted. We have so many different varieties of lettuce this year, so many different colors. I love them all. And I must say, the garden was looking so beautiful to me today.
Oh how my spirit loves to be in the garden!
dw- I know exactly what you mean about being alone in the garden. It is such a nice, quiet meditation time. I love being in silence with the plants.

I so love to be in my garden too. It is the one activity that I sincerely enjoy doing alone. Pretty much everything else I’d rather have company. But the garden is so spiritual that I feel like I’m completely happy just to be with me. 🙂
Your lettuce looks beautiful! My lettuce & greens are still barely over an inch but we sowed the seeds directly in the ground outside. Can’t wait until we can start tasting them!
