Omlette with kale and raw aged goat cheddar cheese
One of our favorite spring breakfasts is omlettes with eggs from the backyard, kale from the garden, and homemade goat cheese from our ladies. The combination is incredible.
We don’t have any milk yet for making homemade goat cheese, but we used some raw cheddar from the store and kale from the farmer’s market. And it tasted good.
