Every year we’ve been planting more herbs in the garden. We love having a wide variety. These pictures are some Chamomile that Jeff harvested this morning. 

So far this season, we’ve filled jars in the pantry with dried oregano, rosemary, parsley, catnip, and lemonbalm. How nice it will to have our own herbs for seasoning this winter and our own herbs for making tea. Seemingly small accomplishments can feel so satisfying!
