Here are a few things we did while my mom was here:

Harvested in the garden and made delicious meals 

Had a picnic and went to the beach on the windiest day I’ve ever experienced

Crawled back over the dunes to escape the wind and slid down the steep slopes on our butts. 

(My face as it was being pelted with sand in my mouth, nose and eyes. It was so crazy that we were hysterically laughing the whole time. I’m still finding sand in the bed……)

Mom milking a goat for the first time. 

(She said it was much easier than milking a cow.)

Baby loves blueberries!

Visited a local winery and enjoyed the great music playing.

(Jeff and I decided to simplify as much as possible before the baby comes. We are so grateful we found such a good home for the two sweethearts.)

Went to Saturday Market and had a great time.

And mom even got to feel the baby kick before she left….
