If you would like to join us, share your gratitudes by leaving your link (or simply sharing your list) in the comments below for all of us to enjoy. Our gratefulness feeds one another.
-Unexpected money. I love unexpected money. (Got a check in the mail for something I put on consignment before Bracken was born. I sold my spinning wheel, it wasn’t the right one for me, and I trust when the time is right in my life another one will present itself.)
-Open windows and fresh air flowing through the house, on the sunny days.
-Using hardly any firewood, only starting occasional small fires in the morning to warm things up a bit.
-The smell of a rose in bloom, in a friend’s garden. Divine.
-Flipping through the new ‘Locally Grown’ guide and discovering new local farms, which excites me very very much.
-A friend letting us borrow her food dehydrator so I could make crispy nuts that we love so much.
-Receiving a dvd in the mail on signing with your baby, from our friend. I love surprises in the mail.

Sun kissed skin…oh-so-grateful! I hardly ever comment on blogs but just wanted to let you know that your blog brightens my day. We live a very similar life in the Shawnee Forest of southern Illinois. Thank you for sharing bits and pieces of your life with us. We’d love to show you our part of the country if you’re ever this way!

I love your lists Taryn. I also agree with Lidsey, how wonderful it is to be able to connect with such wonderful people like you.
Much love.

-I am so grateful for the internet. Sounds a little odd to me but, I am able to connect with such wonderful people. It makes me wonder what could have been…
-Seeing synchronistic happenings and watching as life connects. Ex: Your farmers market day sounded much like mine started out yesterday! I had negative thoughts about marked as the first hour closed, but in the end it was my best market to date! I guess this could be like your unexpected money too! (see the synchronistic nature?)
-the ability to see the good things happening in my life. good change!
thank you for creating the space for gratitude!
