There’s nothing better than your own lettuce ehh. It’s so vital and alive! My all-time favorite is Greek salad, with lettuce, tomatoes, cukes if I have em, lots of fresh oregano, chopped onion tops, kalamata olives, sheep feta, cracked pepper & salt, and lemon juice. I could live on it.
