Remember I told you that we were going to be introducing some new things to the Shop?
Well, here’s the first one! Magical Healing Salve!
Jeff and I were talking about how much we love to do so many different things. Jeff has a deep love of herbs and a beautiful connection to them, that I’d never witnessed in anyone until I met him. It brings him so much joy to work with them, so we wondered- why not offer herbal goodness in our shop? So, here we are. Jeff harvested all of the herbs for this salve in our organic garden. The beeswax and propolis came from local beekeepers. You know how I LOVE the smell of beeswax? Propolis smells even more like beeswax than beeswax itself. Then you add another one of my favorite smells- lavender, and the scent of this salve will send you straight into divine bliss.
This one is great for cuts, scrapes, burns, bites and more. We will be offering other salves soon, for treating other things. And the herbal goodness won’t stop there!
Jeff and I had so much fun creating the label together. We used a calendula picture I took in the garden.
Then today, Jeff arranged our first finished salve amongst garden herbs in the afternoon light, and I had so much fun taking pictures on the cedar bench he made out front. You can now find our Magical Healing Salve in our shop. It’s $12 and has enough to last you for a long time.
We are really excited to be opening up to other areas of interest in our shop. We laugh because it’s a challenge to keep up with what we are already doing, but following these inspirations brings creativity and fresh energy. We like it.
And we love sharing our enthusiasm with all of you because you always share in the excitement and give such supportive, encouraging words. Thanks for that!

I love making salve, but its a hard thing to master – its so great you are making the magic available to others 🙂 I love hearing about Jeff’s relationship to herbs – I too love working with them, its some of the most satisfying work I know!
