The bountiful array at the fall farmer’s market is a sight to behold!
So many colors, textures, shapes. When I go to farmer’s market and simply walk past the booths, I get a spring in my step. I find myself smiling. It feeds my Spirit.
I saw sunflowers!
I saw raspberries!
I saw apples!
I saw ginger! (How exciting is that?!)
I saw grapes!
With seeds and without seeds. All different colors and varieties.
I saw root crops- carrots and beets!
And more beets!
I saw chantrelles!
And pink oyster mushrooms!
I saw heaping piles of winter squash!
And more winter squash!
I saw parsnips!
I saw watermelons!
(enter Jeff’s excitement here!)
I saw broccoli!

You saw AWESOMENESS 🙂 Wow. Wow. Oh! Guess what I saw at my market the other day (and snatched right up?) delicious concord grapes. Like little jewel candies they are 🙂

Oh, I also like how more there are more hand crafters this time of the year – hand spun yarns, etc..
Warm wishes, Tonya

i love it!!! I was just telling my farmer friend today how I thought fruits and vegetables were just the most beautiful things in the world – they’re so colorful and unique, they’re like art. 🙂
