I am excited to bring you this wonderful giveaway today, thanks to Sarah, of Nourished and Nurtured Blog. Many of you might remember when I interviewed Sarah in ‘One family’s experience on the GAPS diet.’ Recently Sarah created an e-cookbook called ‘Nourishing Eats,’ filled with mouth-watering, nourishing recipes. It’s an incredible resource, filled with inspiration for grain-free meals. There are so many recipes I’d like to try and seeing all the pictures made me mighty hungry!
.
Today Sarah is giving one away to one of you lucky readers!

I asked her to share a little about her new cookbook.
Tell us about your cookbook.
.
“My cookbook is a compilation of our favorite grain-free recipes from our GAPS journey thus far. The cookbook contains 60 nutrient-dense recipes, 57 of which are GAPS-legal.”

.
What inspired you to create this cookbook?
.
“I created the cookbook as a resource for people undertaking grain-free diets, such as the GAPS diet. These diets can be great for regaining control of our health, but such big dietary changes can really be daunting. My hope is that the cookbook will help as many people as possible, and this is why I priced the book so low (only $5; similar ebooks I’ve seen range from $15-20).”
.
Do you have any recipes that are particular favorites?
.
.
“Creamy Chicken and Thyme Soup and Skillet Lasagna are among my favorite main courses. The muffin and clafoutis recipes are essential breakfast items for us. I can’t wait for the summer cucumber harvest so I can make more Bread and Butter Pickles. And the Peanut Butter Coconut Bars are amazing.”
.
Any favorites your children have?
.
“My kids love the Stovetop Hamburgers and Egg Drop Soup. My son loves the Ham and Cheese Egg Cups, and my daughter can’t get enough salad when it has Honey Mustard Mayo dressing. They both love the Cinnamon Raisin Bread, and of course they both love the Mint Ice Cream!”

Sounds like a great book! We tend to be way too grain-heavy in our diet, and I would love to have a resource for some good grain-free fare!
