There are very old plants there, most of them towering over our heads.
(They have awesome straps for hooking on your bucket so you can have both hands free.)
Taking a break.
Our beautiful friends April and Hazel (not quite asleep yet.)

When we were done picking, Jeff had some blissful moments in the hammock while the rest of us went to visit the cows, pigs, and chickens.
This cob farm store is where you go to get your berries weighed and to pay. It’s filled with fresh produce inside. Is this cob building awesome or what?! We have dreams of building a cob home someday, so seeing a cob building in person is very exciting for us. (Want to see some inspiring and amazing cob structures? Check out this website.)

We would have loved to stay there all day in blueberry paradise, but since we don’t get over to Eugene (on non-market days) very often, we had a lot of errands to run. We got to see April and Brad’s woodland home on our way back to town. What a sweet place they have. They are such a beautiful family and we’re so glad to know them. They shared fresh caught salmon with us, which we ate for dinner. Words don’t describe how good it was.
Today was a full, happy day.
