.
-Being alive! And being deeply reminded that life is a gift.
.
-The feeling of being home, safe and sound, after a very long day.
.
-The insurance company reimbursing us for the towing fee.
.
-Having temporary transportation, thanks to the rental car.
.
-Doing some things around the house to make it a little less chaotic and a little more in order. (And coming to more peace with the fact that our space gets a little more chaotic this time of year.)
.
-Being touched by the generosity of others. So many people reached out to help us and to show they cared this week, in unique ways. We were nearly speechless in gratitude.
.
-How easy Jeff is to please with meals. If I cook it, he loves it (even if I don’t think it turned out the best.)
.
-Nettles tea to give my body extra nourishment during my moon time.
.
-A bag filled with farmer’s market goodness: kale, chard, garlic, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms. Good food makes me so happy!
.
-Being back at market yesterday, seeing friends, and feeling a network of support.
.
-Witnessing one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. As we drove up our driveway last night, we saw an owl standing on the front walkway to our house. It stayed there for a long time, while we starred in awe, and then it flew away. It was pure magic.
.
-Jeff’s sense of humor and how he can make me laugh so easily. He really knows how to crack me up.
