Today Bracken was gifted this handmade quilt, from our friend Mary Lou.

 Bracken kept wrapping it around himself.

 I love the way stitches by hand look.

 We had some moments of sun and Bracken grabbed his quilt and laid it on the ground. He sat on it, but then got back up and went over to my basket and brought out the water I had in there. I believe he had a picnic in mind, what a good idea.

If Bracken hears the word “smile”, this is what he does. Love our silly goose.

We were really touched by Mary Lou’s gift. By the way Bracken held his new quilt, you could tell that he knew it was special too.
