On Friday Jeff mentioned that many of the daffodils had fallen over from all the heavy rains. So Bracken and I headed out when the skies cleared and brought a vase full of water and some scissors. We left all the daffodils that were still standing up so we could continue to enjoy them around the yard. We cut all the ones that had fallen over and Bracken helped me put each one in the vase (and then he did some rearranging as you can see above.)

 We relocated this little garden spider from the daffodils back to the garden, before bringing them inside.

We brought those bright raindrop covered flowers inside. 

I smile every time I see them in the kitchen window.
