Tonight Jeff and Bracken went to close the chickens in for the night and came back with a handful of garlic scapes. So, naturally, we needed to go back outside to get a picture. Garlic scapes are still new to us. We love to sautee them. Jeff says he’d like to ferment them. I think Amanda’s garlic scape pesto looks pretty yummy!
