…The time we got to spend with my mom while she was here.
.
…Our boy turning three.
.
…Sharing homemade nut butter with happy recipients.
.
…A few new rugs in our bathroom, mostly paid by a gift card. They are much better than the rug that was in there before.
.
…Having a hunch, being spontaneous, and following it.
.
…Harvesting beets in the garden and eating them with our breakfast.
.
…Gorgeous fall weather lately and every chance to be out in it.
.
…Bracken reaching for my hand. As he grows, he does that less, so I savor it even more.
.
…Eating the very last of our zucchini, happy it lasted so long.
.
…The best tasting chicken broth. Jeff made it and my body kept saying “more, more, more!”
.
…Getting in touch with a childhood friend. I hadn’t talked to her in probably over eight years and we had such a fun time catching up and laughing together.
.
…Wool layers and handknits to keep us warm when it’s chilly out.
.
…The incredible beauty of the farmer’s market in the fall. The colorful bounty of the harvest fills my senses.
.
…The feeling of walking around market yesterday and saying hello to friends as we passed. It’s a good feeling to be somewhere where you know so many people and feel a sense of community.
