Well, we haven’t been home for long these days. Just basically to sleep and then we leave again. We have two more days at Holiday Market, today and tomorrow.

 Yesterday we had a surprise visitor. Heather, who was a student midwife at Bracken’s birth, was visiting with her family from Sweden. I didn’t even recognize her at first, but I wasn’t expecting to see them all the way from Sweden. One of the last times we saw her was at our last appointment at the birthing center. It was fun to see them. We connected with the rest of her family after this picture was taken.

On Saturday Bracken didn’t take a nap. He fell asleep on the drive home and then fell right back asleep when we got home. Yesterday he was so tired he did take a nap at market. I laid him on the floor for his nap and got just a bit of knitting done. When he woke up he reached for me and when I held him in my arms, he fell back asleep. It was so sweet. He woke up right before we left market, just in time to say goodbye to his market friends for the night. It’s time to leave for market today. I’ll be back in this space after the holidays.
