We’re happy to bring you a giveaway today. We’ll be doing it a little differently than usual. This time, instead of picking out the prize, we’re offering a gift certificate to either of our shops so that you can choose what you would like yourself. How does that sound? I’ll have the rafflecoptor widget below, like usual. To enter, just give us some feedback: tell us a few favorite things you’d love to use the gift certificate for or tell us something you’d like to see in our shops. We love hearing from you and your feedback has inspired us to bring new things into the shops (an example below.) And speaking of new things: this post is a little delayed this morning because I couldn’t wait to post some new items Jeff just created…..

Over the years we’ve gotten requests for shawl pins and we are delighted to now be offering them in the shop! As of this morning, we have a total of three in the shop, but that’s only the beginning since Jeff has a whole bunch more nearly finished. These first ones were an “experiment” because he had never made them before. It took some creative thinking with our limited tools, but leave it to Jeff to find a solution. He’s still tweaking his designs and may make the sticks longer. I’ve never used a shawl pin before, so we’re still learning in this. He’s working to make them as lightweight as possible (we’re told it makes them work much better.)
