…Cleaning off our front porch.
.
…Taking care of the chickens and ducks, big and small.
.
…Jeff gently getting the bumblebee out of the kitchen window and back outside, when it came flying in the window while I was doing dishes.
.
…Weeding around the blueberries and pulling up some blackberry roots taking over in the middle of them.
.
…Jeff’s patience while I finished a blog post. Making dinner and then waiting just a bit longer (as he has so many times before.) Bless him.
.
…Loads of firewood brought in. (And then not having to worry about it for awhile.)
.
…Being able to help a friend. In a small, simple way, but grateful to be able to do something to help.
.
…Some sweet moments with Bracken’s buddy enjoying the chicks and ducklings. His eyes were filled with wonder and I had never seen him so calm before.
.
…Watching Bracken put together his favorite puzzle. And then want to do it again.
.
…Our friend’s homemade guacamole. She knows I love it, so made some for us.
.

.

.
…Bracken moving his little potty so he could watch the chicks and ducklings whenever he sat on it. I thought it was hilarious (and clever.)
.
…Walking with Bracken in the rain, holding hands as we went to close the coop door for the night.
.
…Realizing an e-mail I sent didn’t go to the right place and fixing it.
.
…Nettles in our breakfast, thanks to Jeff.
.
…Getting a cranky boy down for a much-needed nap.
.
…Enjoying our first day back to market. Seeing friends. Good music. Visits to the farmer’s market. Wool layers to keep us warm. And we even stayed dry for most of the day. (Forgot to bring my camera along, oh well.)
.
…Seeing the pictures from your gratitude posts. Each week I enjoy them. Pictures of nature, your families, creative projects, good food, and happy moments… they make me smile. (Once upon a time I read every gratitude post in the link-up and commented on each one. Though I’m no longer able to do that, my world is brightened each week with each of you that joins Gratitude Sunday.)
