I just made another one of my original recipes available in our shop as an instant download pdf. The first was: How To Make Mint Tooth Powder and now the second is: How To Make Natural Bug Bite Relief Blend. It’s been a goal of mine to be making our original natural body care recipes available for purchase in our shop, for those who love to make things themselves. With the first one, I wanted to offer it very affordably, for only 75 cents, but then realized that it didn’t really work once Etsy and PayPal took percentages. The pdf downloads are now available for $2 each, which is still a good deal. (Especially after you see how great this recipe works!)
Here’s what I wrote about our Bug Bite Relief Blend:
This is a little recipe I dreamed up that instantly became a family favorite. I’m so happy to share it with you and hope you’ll love it as much as we do. For many years our family has been putting clay on our bug bites, but after adding some more ingredients to our clay blend it really works wonders! We all know how annoying an itchy bug bite can be. Apply this natural blend (mixed with a little water) directly on bites or stings for incredible relief! If you apply this as a paste immediately when you get bit, it will “suck” the toxins of the bite out of your body and reduce your itching substantially! Times when I’ve used this fast enough, I didn’t have any itching at all. It also reduces redness from bites. Another great thing? It smells great! After it dries up, you’ve left it on for awhile, and it does it’s magic, just simply wash it off. Then we like to follow it up by putting on some of our Magical Healing Salve (and wear our Natural Bug Repellent Spray to repel those buggers the next time we head out.) This blend would also be a good one for spot treatment on acne.
Natural and effective, this blend brings welcome relief.
P.S. Bug Bite Relief Blend (the actual thing, not the recipe) is also available for purchase in the shop here.
