Tomorrow we’ll have a booth at the Mushroom Festival at the Mount Pisgah Arboretum. Come on by if you’re at the festival!

While setting up our booth today, Bracken and I got to take a peek behind the scenes at all the mushrooms being sorted and categorized to be on display tomorrow. It’s the West Coast’s largest mushroom exhibit. (Being that I pretty much only know how to identify chantrelles, morels, cauliflower, and button mushrooms… I’m really looking forward to learning more!)

There will be hayrides, apple pressing, guided nature walks, culinary demonstrations, live music, great food, and more…
