Bracken and I have been reading bits of Attracting Native Pollinators together. (One of the books I was referring to in yesterday’s bug post.) This book is full of good information and is giving me some inspiration for things to plant in our garden next year. I want to get our own copy, so we can always have this book on hand to identify different kinds of bees and have the information to refer back to.
I picked up my sweater again, needing some easy knitting. I do love rows of straight garter stitch! The colorful rows keep it interesting, but the garter stitch is so welcome right now for my scattered brain.
How about you? Knitting? Reading?

As a crocheter I do love a simple stitch – especially for times when my hands need to be busy, but my mind needs to be stilled. That is a very pretty combination of colors you’re using.

great book! I need to get one for us. Since getting our bees I notice so many things they like and it makes me want to plant more for them. That sweater is looking great…nice colors! I’m knitting and planning up socks….all colors all sorts. Its my new thing right now!
