Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Slowing down on my walks with Bracken to notice the little things- like the raindrops on the blades of grass that were so beautiful.
.
…Getting to spend time with our friends: playing games, building train tracks, drawing, enjoying good food, and going on a walk.
.
…Going through drawers of our clothes, getting rid of clothes we’ve outgrown or never wear. (Or that have too many holes or are just plain uncomfortable.)
.
…Waking up extra early to get some computer work time to myself to post new items in the shop and then feeling so great to have such a productive start to the day.
.
…Trying a blood orange for the first time. I love trying new foods.
.
…Watching the sunset over the mountains as we drove home. The sky was just breathtaking.
.
…Coming in from the cold (and a day away) to a warm and cozy house, since Jeff kept the fire in the wood stove going all day.
.
…The people who love me and do such kind, thoughtful things to make me happy.
.
…Jeff and Bracken making a sock doll together. It turned out so sweet and they had a lot of fun doing that.
.
…Having a woodshed full of firewood.
.
…Writing about the things I need to be reminded of.
