I’m nearly finished with a gift I’ve been knitting, though the recipient has changed due to the fact that it turned out much too large for a newborn baby sweater. It’s perfect for her older sister’s birthday, though, and I can knit something else for baby girl on the way. I knit a little further since taking this picture and then started casting off this evening. I’m looking forward to sewing on the buttons, always one of my favorite parts!
The cookbook section of the library is a place where I can never just walk away with one book in my hand, even if I am specifically looking for one, I always end up walking away with more. The Organic Family Cookbook called out to me from the shelves and I’ve really enjoyed looking through it. The photography is beautiful, the author Anni has an inspiring spirit, and even though many of the recipes contain gluten (or other things we don’t eat), I’ve still been getting good ideas throughout.
How about you? Knitting? Reading?

Love the color of the sweater! Can’t wait to see it finished. And I may have to see if our library has this book…sounds like something I may enjoy :).
Blessings,
Kelli
