{ G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y :: Sunday’s heartfelt tradition.
A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Marveling at simple beauties, like a calendula flower shining in the afternoon light.
.
…Breakfast with banana pancakes and blueberries, and potato hash with zucchini, onions, salsa, and kraut. Yum.
.
…Crying. Those tears can feel so healing.
.
…Starting the day with a clean kitchen.
.
…Fixing a part of our ceiling that needed mending.
.
…Baking muffins to bring along on the plane ride. We devoured them and I’d wished that I had packed more.
.
…Getting to the airport on time even though there was unexpected road construction at four in the morning that held us up for quite awhile. (And then making our next flight in time when we had a tight connection.)
.
…Bracken doing pretty well traveling for the most part. Especially with such long days and less sleep.
.
…Time to be with family, while we came together for my Grandpa. And being in awe of how many lives he touched.
