{G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y :: Sunday’s heartfelt tradition.
A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitude.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Realizing I hadn’t taken any pictures for Gratitude Sunday this week and then finding these flower pictures from the farmer’s market last September. (I guess it paid off to have photos from over a year ago that I never sorted or posted. Ha!)
.
…The times I remember to light a candle with our breakfast or during dinner. My mom always lit candles when I was growing up and it filled me with awe and gave me a cozy feeling, and it still does.
.
…My sweet boy putting on performances for me in the living room with the most creative and fantastic costumes.
.
…How good it feels when I’ve got a good knitting flow going on and always have a project to grab and work on. (Sometimes I get stuck in a pattern and have no other knitting project going, it’s wonderful when I have several to choose from and am able keep things moving.)
.
…Jeff and Bracken always being willing to taste my kitchen experiments and give their feedback.
.
…Following the flow of my intuition more, and having a hunch and going for it. I believe when we practice following that inner voice in little ways, it helps us follow it in big ways too. I’m constantly practicing.
.
…The people who brighten my day, without needing to say anything or do anything, just simply being in their presence makes me happy.
.
…The hydrosol sprays from Mountain Rose Herbs. Right now my favorite is the frankinsence hyrdrosol spray, I love it so much.
.
…Being with my family in nature. And the tickly feeling of tiny fish nibbling on our toes when we dipped our feet in the river. It made me laugh and feel like a kid again.
