Thank you as always for sharing your beautiful words. I just finished reading your last post about your goats – you are so brave Taryn! Its courageous to recognize when we are holding onto something that no longer serves us and let it go (even when our identities are so entwined with it!) – whether that be things, or ideas or relationships. I am so glad you felt a wash of relief, even though I am sure its still not easy, but kudos to you!
