Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…The beautiful bougainvillea flowers growing all over the place in Florida.
.
…Walks around the neighborhood at my mom’s. In the morning. At sunset. At night.
.
…Pajamas and face masks. A wonderful combination.
.
…Listening to Jimmy Buffet by the pool and The Beach Boys on our way to the ocean. Very fitting.
.
…Family time and lots of laughter. Good medicine.
.
…Great conversations during delicious meals.
.
…Bare feet in the sand and the feeling of saltwater lingering on my skin.
.
…Pomegranates with breakfast.
.
…Watching silly uncles do cannonballs and flips into the pool. Bracken was delighted and kept requesting: “One more time!”
.
…Enjoying an abundance of seafood.
.
…Expanding my world every time I travel.
.
…Seeing Bracken have so much fun playing with everyone while we were on our trip.
.
…My mom flying us down to Florida. What a gift the time with family was!
.
…Landing back down in Oregon late last night. It feels good to be back!
