{Sunday’s heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…The fact that there are still flowers blooming and color to be enjoyed in our fall garden. (Mostly thanks to those wonderful zinnias.)
.
…Any excuse to knit.
.
…Feeding the chickens and gathering eggs, especially when Bracken is by my side.
.
…Baked onions and garlic. I could devour huge amounts of both, they are so good.
.
…The sound of Bracken playing with his toys. Jeff and I both love listening while he makes his toys talk back and forth, and we’ll pause for a moment to listen and smile.
.
…Going on a rainy walk with my boy, hand in hand, around the garden and yard with our rainboots on.
.
…Bringing in a few zucchini, cucumbers, green beans and raspberries. (I can’t believe how long they’ve continued on.) And lots of kale and collards.
.
…All of us sitting together on the couch, having an evening chat with Grandma Julie on skype.
.
…Changes in routine.
.
…How content Bracken was during our long car ride to southern Oregon and back. What a blessing that was.
.
…Learning new things.

I linked up my Memoir Monday post for now. If you don’t want it, delete it! 🙂
I post most Mondays with pictures and memories and daily details from the week before. Much of it is things I am grateful for and delight in!
It looks fun to do a Sunday gratitude post!
Your zinnia pictures are so pretty. My very favorite flower. But all mine were frost bitten last weekend. Enjoy all of yours. I love all your vibrant colorful pictures.
Wonderful list! I love to listen to my kids play.
those zinnias are gorgeous! Have a wonderful week
