{Sunday’s heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Dewdrops on sage leaves. The way they sparkle on those silvery leaves looks magical to me.
.
…The delicious beets from a nearby farm. We’ve been eating lots of them. (And Bracken actually said a cheer when he saw me making them for breakfast one morning.)
.
…That our boy celebrates over vegetables.
.
…Jeff’s suggestion to make my favorite muffin recipe with winter squash, which turned out really good.
.
…Getting all most of the feathers cleaned up around our house, after I said yes when Bracken asked me if he could cut up his feather boa to do a project. (What was I thinking? They could not be easily swept up, but little fluffs scattered everywhere and stuck to everything. Lesson learned.)
.
…Bracken having a puzzle marathon and doing every puzzle in the house. (We have three. Looks like he’s ready for more!)
.
…Watching the Andy Griffith Show for the first time. And really enjoying it. Funny and lighthearted, just what I’m in the mood for after a long day.
.
…Finding more business cards when I thought I was all out.
.
…Making the most of our car rides and tying buttons on cards every chance I get.
.
…Frankincense essential oil back in stock, after we’d been waiting. Love that smell.
.
…The Christmas tree Bracken made for his dollhouse with wood blocks and sparkle tape.
.
…Neighbors delivering a load of firewood. We know how busy they are running their farm and were so grateful they took the time to bring us wood.
.
…Getting the lighting figured out for our Holiday Market booth. Headed there today!

I love Andy Griffith! I live near his hometown, Mt Airy, NC, aka Mayberry. It really exists.
Great list of things to be grateful for. How nice of your neighbors to bring you wood!
