{ G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y :: Sunday’s heartfelt tradition.
A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Bracken and Jeff telling me to go take a look at the garlic popping up in the garden. What a happy sight!
.
…Realizing areas where I can grow and expand. And being more loving towards myself, because we always need more of that.
.
…Bracken asking for more and more sardines at dinner. That’s my boy!
.
…Jeff taping together a whole stack of boxes for me so when I was home the next day I was able to mail out orders more quickly and easily. That helped me so much.
.
…Boxes of tangerines. They’re easy to peel, the perfect small size, and so delicious. Our family loves when the tangerines are available this time of year.
.
…How good my body feels when I drink herbal tea with nettles. (Reminder to self: drink more tea with nettles!)
.
…Coming downstairs to see that Jeff had crawled around on his hands and knees cleaning Bracken’s play area and his artwork strewn around the living room. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and so appreciated.
.
…Replacing the lightbulbs in our car. And how nice it is to have the lights come on inside the car at night when the doors are open. Little things.
.
…A long talk with my sister. When our schedules align and the opportunity opens up, it’s always such a gift.
.
…Getting a burst of energy from the afternoon smoothie I made. That boost was just what I needed to finish things up that day.
