{G r a t i t u d e * S u n d a y :: Sunday’s heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitude.}

Throughout the week I’ve felt grateful for:
…Having a husband who plants sunflowers in the garden because he knows how much I love them.
.
…My mom being safe and sound after the hurricane in Florida. (And having as little damage as they did.)
.
…Jeff getting firewood we had been curing since last year moved out of the driveway, split, and stacked in the woodshed.
.
…Thinking about my favorite memories of my grandpa on the one year anniversary of his passing.
.
…Taking the time to make caring for my body a priority. Some days it’s easier to find that time than others, but my body appreciates it when I do.
.
…Getting somewhere on time even though we got held up in construction for such a long time. Good thing I left the house as early as I did or we would have surely been late.
.
…Taking advantage of having the house to myself while the boys ran to the hardware store and getting some major cleaning and vacuuming done.
.
…Singing more and listening to music more.
.
…A foot soak with magnesium flakes. It was such a nice treat after being on my feet all day long.
.
…Doing some yoga before bed. Not only did it feel good to stretch and move, it was so calming and relaxing to my nervous system before going to sleep.

Glad the hear your mum is safe and sound. I hope there is not too much disruption for her.
