This is a peek at the farmer’s market from this past weekend. We saw berries of all kinds- blueberries (especially exciting for us right now), raspberries, strawberries, marionberries, and boysenberries. We were also delighted to see red currants! We saw cherries and peaches. Broccoli, basil, tomatoes, potatoes, celery, beans and peppers. And flowers in every color of the rainbow. I’m so happy to see sunflowers again. What a beautiful place the farmer’s market is!
{From before at the farmer’s market: early June, mid-April, & last August.}

I now have the urge to bake pies and make jam. Strawberries are ripe now, cherries to follow late in the month. It’s a wonderful time of year. Everything looks delicious.

Such beauty in food. I’ve noticed some of the prices are not much different than here in Chattanooga.
I’m going to be turning off my computer for July. Taking a break. I’ll miss coming to your blog. But I’ll catch up in Aug. Have a great July!
